It's 21:52. The barn group is at it again.
Every yard knows this evening: thirty-one people, one chat, and somewhere under the noise the one message that actually mattered. Meanwhile the real questions come straight to you — at any hour.
You are the barn's operating system. It runs on your sleep.
NEW: Fina (b. 2019)
→ retype passport into Horses_2026_FINAL_v3.xlsx
→ feeding onto the whiteboard — Heu 10 kg, no oats
→ vet, farrier, emergency contact… againemail boarding agreement print → sign → scan
The fourth hour of typing what she already knows by heart.
One system replaces the noise: announcements with priorities and acknowledgements, feed rounds staff can follow, boarders who onboard themselves with one link. The yard runs — without running on you.
The whole yard, one connected picture.
Horses, people, care, documents and money — linked, not filed. Barn Brain shows the operation as it actually is: which horse needs attention, which document expires, which program leaks money. Needs-attention states surface what matters, so nothing important has to shout in a chat to be seen.

The proving ground
Run one shift of your yard, right here.
This is the real thing — the feed round your staff will run, the P&L that finally tells the truth, the brain that connects it all. Running in your browser, right now, no account needed.
That was five taps. Your phone stayed quiet.
Bring your barn into one calm systemThe whole operation, one tap deep.
The shift you just ran is the surface. Underneath sits the operating system — communication, money, care and onboarding, connected.

The group chat, retired
Announcements with priorities and read-acknowledgements, polls with deadlines, a searchable barn FAQ. You decide who can post — the yard hears what matters, without the war.

Know what every program actually earns
Boarding, school, breeding, sales — every euro allocated to the program it belongs to. Project-level P&L shows what to grow and what to stop, without the end-of-month spreadsheet scramble.

Correct care, every shift
Plan-based rations with log-by-exception: staff confirm the round in taps, deviations surface instantly, and a refusal lands in the horse's health record — not in someone's memory.

Onboard a boarder with a link, not a spreadsheet
New boarders enter their own horses, documents and contacts through one link — agreements signed, access scoped by role, nothing retyped. Hour four of typing becomes minute five of checking.
Real moments
The days Stalldo was built for.
Storm damage closes the outdoor arena — everyone needs to know, now.
One priority announcement with acknowledgements. You see who has read it. No debate thread underneath.
A new boarder signs tomorrow.
You send one link. She enters the horse, the passport, the contacts — and signs the agreement on her phone. Nothing lands in your Excel.
The weekend groom starts her shift alone.
She scans the Boxenschild and sees today's ration, the paddock rule, the one exception that matters. Care stays consistent — on anyone's shift.
Year-end review. The riding school "feels" profitable.
Project P&L by program, horse and client says what's true. Grow what earns. Fix what doesn't.
Built for the barn
Works where horses live. Private by design.
Truly offline
Log everything in a steel barn or an open field. It saves now and syncs when you're back — no lost data, ever.
Your data is yours
On-device AI, GDPR-first, and permissions so tight a riding student sees care notes but never your expenses.
Owners see what you decide
Role-scoped views: a boarder sees her horse and the notes you release — never your margins, your staffing or another client's board rate.
You stay the admin
Who can post, who can poll, who sees which record — the barn's rules are yours to set, and the system enforces them so you don't have to.
Works offline · permission-controlled · evidence-backed · made for horse people

Before you ask
The honest answers.
My staff will never use another app.
They barely have to notice it's one. The feed round you just ran is the whole staff surface — one tap per horse, exceptions only when something is off. Stall cards open from a QR scan in any browser: nothing to install, nothing to learn.
Moving the whole barn over is too much work.
You don't migrate — you start. Boarders onboard themselves with one link and their horses arrive with the data already entered. The record builds by exception from day one; the Excel archaeology can stay where it is.
We already have WhatsApp — and everyone's on it.
Keep it for the memes. What WhatsApp can't do is priorities, acknowledgements, polls with deadlines and a searchable barn FAQ — communication you control instead of a chat war you moderate. That's the difference you saw in chapter one.
The numbers will be too hard to maintain.
The split vet bill you tapped behind the P&L was built from a scanned receipt. Templates, recurring expenses and automatic categorization do the bookkeeping as a side effect of running the yard — the truth shows up without a spreadsheet weekend.
Owners shouldn't see our internal data.
They don't. Access groups scope every view: owners see their horse and what you decide to release — never your margins, your staffing or another client's board rate. You stay the admin of who sees what.
